Q: How much time will a Transaction Coordinator save me?

A: The typical Real Estate Agent will spend 10-20 hours per transaction.

 

Q: What happens if my transaction doesn’t close?

A: If the transaction doesn’t close, we don’t charge a fee. We only get paid if you do, which means we are dedicated to each transaction as much as you are.

 

Q: Will you have contact with my buyers/sellers?

A: Yes. This will help the process run much more smoothly. When your client has a question about where their transaction is at in the process, they can contact us directly to get an answer.

 

Q: Will I have the same Transaction Coordinator for every transaction, or will my Transaction Coordinator change each time?

A: Yes. You will have the same Transaction Coordinator for your transactions unless otherwise stated. We are an extension of your team and having the same person working within your business helps to strengthen the partnership and increase customer satisfaction. They are local as well to your market and you will be able to meet with them in person.

 

Q: How can I contact my Transaction Coordinator?

A: You will have your TCs phone number and email address for when you need to contact them, or you can request to have them meet in person as well.

 

Q: How will I know where my transaction is in the process?

A: You will have 24/7 access on every transaction through our online transaction coordination system. Documents are uploaded as they are received and will be accessible within. Your Transaction Coordinator will also be in touch frequently, updating you throughout the transaction lifecycle.

 

Q: What happens if I lose my file? Will you have it archived?

A: Yes. We will have your transactions archived for 90 days after the transaction closes. You can also request to have us send you the files as they close as well.

 

Q: Can you help with a transaction that has already begun?

A: Yes. We will request you debrief us on exactly where you are within the transaction so we can get up to speed as quickly as possible.

 

Q: Can I promote you as if they were part of my company, and not a separate entity I contract with?

A: Yes. We are an extension of your team. Our emails signatures will be our company information, but we will represent ourselves as being part of your team. Think of us as you would your team of lenders, home inspectors, escrow, etc., but with more flexibility to blend ourselves within your business.
