William Engel, Senior Manager-Accenture

William is an accomplished Communications and High-Technology industry executive based in Seattle.  With over 20 years of industry experience William has led technical teams in large scale digital transformation initiatives and accompanying business process optimization activities.  William is currently working in leadership at a global management consulting firm and has received a Master of Business Administration and Masters of Cyber Security from NYU.  His unique understanding of disruptive technologies and business models brings a diverse perspective to the Moncord advisory council.

Paavan Avadhanula, VP and Head of Business Developments and Strategic Partnerships-HTC

Paavan Avadhanula is a  seasoned leader with over 20 years experience in Corporate Strategy, Market Development and technology services.  He has lead large scale licensing, investment, and sourcing deals.  Paavan will help ensure that Moncord stays focused on revenue growth through guidance on product roadmaps, strategic partnerships and service offerings.

Lloyd Ball, President and Founder-Anomaly Commercial

Lloyd Ball possesses 17 years of real estate experience, which he gained through key strategic and operational roles as a consultant, investor, and broker within leading national, regional, and boutique firms, including Keller Williams – the largest real estate brokerage in the world. These positions involved large-scale leadership of multimillion-dollar deals in all 5 of the main property types of commercial real estate: apartment, hotel, industrial, office, & retail. Lloyd’s expertise spans 4 areas of business administration: strategy, executive, marketing, & operations.

Lloyd is Board Director of the Rental Housing Association of WA, past Board Director of Seattle King County Association of Realtors, and co-founder of Keller Williams Young Professionals of Western WA. Lloyd possesses an Executive Certificate in Real Estate Finance & Development from MIT.

Charlie Boyd, Currently is Head of Marketing for Global Technology Partnerships-Verizon

Charlie's focus is accelerating technology partner initiatives within the Verizon ecosystem to grow joint revenue opportunities with key partners including Cisco, IBM, Equinix, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper, and Splunk. Prior to Verizon, Charlie was VP of Sales and Client Services for Totality, Inc. the leading managed services provider for mission critical applications (2001-2005).  Totality was acquired by Verizon in 2005. He brings to the Moncord team a wealth of knowledge around IT solutions and M&A as well as a robust network within the Bay Area startup community.

Charlie received his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and his BA from Princeton University.
