Lisa Mont-Ros, Founder and CEO

Lisa was a successful Escrow and Title Account Executive for over 5 years prior to becoming a top real estate agent in 2012. She was named Rookie of the Year and sold 60 homes in a span of a year and half entering the industry. She later left selling real estate to become a productivity coach for Keller Williams Realty Bellevue. After welcoming a new born and wanting to focus on raising her kids, she decided to transition to transaction coordination which allowed her the flexibility to manage her schedule with work and family. Lisa now heads up operations for Moncord Real Estate Professional Services and executes against the firm’s strategic initiatives. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Montana in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Lisa is also CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert) designated, Keller Williams Realty BOLD graduate, Brian Buffini Turning Point training graduate, Larry Kendall Ninja Selling Installation Training graduate, and International Toastmasters Advanced Communicator Silver and Advanced Leader Bronze designated.

Alex Mont-Ros, Founder and President

Alex has an extensive background in sales, corporate leadership and management. In 2003, Alex started his career as a successful real estate broker selling and listing residential and commercial properties. His career started in Las Vegas, Nevada under the Crighton Real Estate Holdings firm and transitioned in 2009 to Bellevue, WA under the nationwide recognized Keller Williams Realty brokerage. As an entrepreneur, Alex also co-founded a Seattle tech startup-crowd funding site in 2011 that assisted local athletes and organizations raise funds for specialized campaigns. Later, he transitioned careers to corporate management as a regional leader for a Fortune 15 company managing over $100 million in revenues for global retailers and AEC firms. As co-founder of Moncord Real Estate Professional Services, Alex is tasked with developing Moncord’s strategic and marketing initiatives. He graduated Magna Cum Laude, BA in Business Management from Northwest University and is currently finishing his MBA with a focus in project management. Alex holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, Keller Williams BOLD Graduate, Previous ALC Member for Keller Williams Realty Bellevue, Project Management Certified CAPM Education, and is bilingual professional working proficiency in Spanish.

Jennifer Davis, Operations Manager and Coordination Specialist

Jennifer came to our team with a vast amount of experience within real estate industry and also had a background within the pharmaceutical sector as a technician from 1994-2008. She has over 20 years of customer service experience and has been serving buyers and sellers since 2007. She has been with Moncord for over a year as our lead transaction coordinator and was recently promoted to Operations Manager. She will be overseeing the day to day operations and helping Moncord build out efficiencies for our coordinators, focus on company growth, and lead our team of coordinators to deliver superior quality of service for our clients. 


Kaley Hopwood, Coordination Specialist and Lead Trainer

Kaley's real estate career began in 2008 when she started working at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. As part of the team, she aided with all office duties including reception, client care, and assisting agents with listings and transaction coordination. Throughout the years, Kaley then moved on to work for Windermere Real Estate, Keller Williams Realty, and The Cascade Team all while taking on new responsibilities from social media management to transaction coordination. She is excited to be part of the Moncord team and helping clients with their real estate needs.

Nichole Mills, Manager-Operations and Audit

Nichole brings to the Moncord team a vast experience in the financial sector as well as management. As a top trainer, she also helped develop leaders who have excelled in their roles and improved shareholder value. Shortly after, she decided to move into operations where she helped launch several new operating systems for a financial institution and also maintained the online account setups and credit/debit card fraud activity. Nichole brings experience that will elevate operational excellence for the team. She is married with two beautiful children and family is a key focus and priority. We welcome her to our team and consider Nichole a valuable asset to our company.


Sadie Rantung, Coordination Specialist 

Sadie been in the real estate industry for many years and has held multiple roles in leadership, sales, marketing, and administration. She is a proven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects within fast paced environments. She will be tasked with helping us deliver the best client service possible and help our organization grow.   She holds a BA in Organization Communications from Northwest University.

Adrianne is a licensed Transaction Coordinator and has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. She strives to diligently provide the highest level of service and individualized attention while maintaining the utmost levels of confidentiality, integrity and value. In her free time, Adrianne enjoys spending her time with her husband and three children.

Dane Cameron, Associate-Operations and Audit

Dane joins our team with sales, management, and transaction experience within real estate and also has a background within the construction industry which allows him to fully understand the complexities of the real estate market. He is excited to provide excellent customer care and service. In his free time, Dane enjoys spending time with his family and closely follows Seattle sports.

Antoinette Chin, Coordination Specialist 

Antoinette has been in the Real Estate industry since 2002 and held various positions within John L. Scott.  She is well-known for the support provided to over 60 loan officers within the JLS in-house mortgage division.  She was then promoted to Operations Manager for the Sammamish and Seattle Center (now known as South Lake Union) branches.  She is passionate about maintaining her integrity, loving her family, and delivering exemplary service.  She will always make time for karaoke, Tahitian and hula dancing.


Barb Simmons, Coordination Specialist 

Barb Simmons began her career in the real estate industry thirty plus years ago gaining unparalleled experience in mortgage banking, title and escrow.  Barb is a seasoned transaction coordinator with experience encompassing retail, commercial, bank owned and auction properties. Barb’s customer service skills have earned her awards and Employee of the Year at Stewart Title Company.Barb has been raised in the Pacific Northwest and a graduate of Stadium High School (known as The Castle and for the movie 10 Things I Hate About You).   Her love of music allowed her a coveted position with the Stadium High School band and a memorable trip to Europe to compete with bands from around the world. Barb’s hobbies are collecting antique glass, gardening, hiking and camping.  An avid reader and movie buff, lives in Graham with her fiancé Ron and 4 dogs.
